Buckeye Bot Bash
RSL will be co-hosting a MRCA qualifying combat robot competition at Faith United Lutheran Church in Toledo, Ohio. The competition will include 1 lb (antweight) and 3 lb (beetleweight) weight classes going head-to-head in an enclosed 8’ x 8’ arena.
Tournament Format: Modified Swiss. Group Stage where 3-1 and better records move into Single Elimination
Sign Ups: There are open spots for 24 antweight (1 lbs) bots and 24 beetleweight (3 lbs) bots. Two robots per driver (across weight classes). Sign up starts March 13 at 10am EST

Location: Faith United Lutheran Church: 4543 Douglas Rd, Toledo, OH 43613
Venue: Has plenty of space for pits (tables & chairs are provided). There will be TVs to watch the fights and view the brackets. Please bring an extension cord.

Food: Pizzas will be available for preorder and individual slices will be available for purchase. You may also bring your own food.
Arena: 8’ x 8’, plywood floor
Rough Schedule:
- 8:00am – Doors Open & Safety Opens
- 10:00am – Doors Open for Spectators and fights begin
- 5:00pm - Single Elimination Starts

Ruleset: This event will follow MRCA rules
Spectators: Spectators are welcome and free to attend and doors open at 10am.
